EAATA 360PRO
- Supported Systems:The device supports the calibration of six major ADAS systems: LDW (Lane Departure Warning), ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), AVM (Surround View Monitor), NVS (Night Vision System), BSD (Blind Spot Detection), and RCW (Rear Collision Warning).
- Vehicle Coverage: It can calibrate ADAS systems on over 90 vehicle brands in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Ford, GM, and more.
- Required Diagnostic Tool: The calibration tool does not work standalone; Requires a compatible EAATA diagnostic tool for operation.
- Calibration Accessories:The kit includes several components and accessories to facilitate the calibration process, such as a calibration frame, five-line and cross-hair lasers, a laser auxiliary mirror, positioning brackets, a plumb line, target board brackets, and extenders for certain vehicle models (Toyota and Honda). A detailed list of these components is provided in the owner's manual.
- Target/Pattern Boards:Specific target or pattern boards are used for calibration. The base kit includes boards for the LDW system of several brands, while boards for other ADAS systems are optional and must be purchased separately.
- General Calibration Process: Calibrating the front and rear cameras involves determining the vehicle's centerline, establishing the location of the calibration equipment, adjusting the parallelism with the vehicle, selecting the correct target/pattern board, and adjusting the height. The diagnostic tool's software provides step-by-step instructions.
- Safety Precautions: Detailed warnings regarding the use of the equipment are included, including the need for knowledge of automotive technology, performing tests in a safe environment, avoiding operating the equipment while driving, and using extreme caution when working with high-voltage components. Specific warnings regarding laser safety are also provided, stating that one should not look directly into the laser beam and that the included goggles only enhance visibility; they do not protect against laser radiation.
